• After you have won the auction, our checkout procedure will be sent to your Ebay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.

• Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaints will be filed with Ebay upon not receiving payment.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and then complete the checkout instructions received in your most recent email from us.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase; please feel free to contact our customer service department for detail. Our return address is P.O. Box 1368, Arcadia, CA 91077-1368, U.S.A. You may return the package with insured parcel post to reduce the risk of package damage or package lost during the shipping.
• For any exchange or refund, please make sure to include all original receipt or a record of payment on your order. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other included accessories.
• Software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns unless of defective. All of our movies and games are Region 1 version, we are not responsible for incorrect region movies and games purchases.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be delivered into our warehouse and 3 business days for the return to be processed.
• Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
