What is a skin/vinyl decal?
Our vinyl skin kits are digitally cut from high quality premium 2 mil thick 7-year outdoor vinyl, they are not paper stickers. Our skin kits are made from the same material used by the automotive industry for vinyl graphics and lettering. It's the same material you see on most store front windows that display their hours of operation or advertise their products and services. To install our skin kits simply peel each piece off of a waxy liner backing to expose an adhesive side then you apply it to your console, just like you are using contact paper inside of a drawer or on a shelf. No glue is needed.

Payment Policy
We will gladly accept payment by: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or e-check.
All payments must be in the form of United States Denomination (USD) funds.
In the event of a personal check, business check, or a Non-USD fund payment is sent, we will send back your payment and your order will be delayed.
All orders not paid within 24-hours will start receiving payment reminders on a daily basis.
After 7 days, all non-paying buyers will be reported to eBay for the start of their Unpaid Item (UPI) process. This system is automated and can not be stopped.
In the event that you are sending a e-check through PayPal and waiting for it to clear, sent a money order, or you contacted us with special payment arrangements, you may disregard the payment reminders. The Unpaid Item process will still start at the 7 day mark of non-payment but we will gladly cancel this process once we receive payment in full, partial payments received will still continue with the UPI process.

Shipping Policy
Every item purchased is carefully prepared and packaged using packing material and methods best suited for the product(s) purchased to ensure a safe, undamaged, and speedy delivery.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All of our items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are shipped 6-Days a week!
This excludes government holidays where the USPS is not operating.
Sorry, We do not ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
How much is shipping?
We offer a variety of shipping options/rates based on how fast you want to receive your order.
Our shipping rates are posted in every listing and can be found in 2 locations.
The standard shipping for that particular product is located at the very top and a more detailed description of rates and shipping options are located at the very bottom of each listing.
What shipping options do I have?
Every listing will receive First Class USPS or higher depending on the listing.
All orders will have the option to upgrade to a faster delivery method but can not be down graded.
Next Day Air and 2-Day is available but we must be contacted prior to purchase to ensure your order will be able to be sent on time. If we are not contacted then a refund on shipping will not be offered if for any reason the buyer requests a refund.
ALL International orders over $100 MUST be shipped via a tracking method (Priority Mail International or Global Express Mail).
Do you offer tracking?
All orders that are sent via Next Day Air, or 2-Day Air will have a tracking number.
All First Class and Priority Mail orders are sent with a Delivery Confirmation* number.
*Delivery Confirmation is not a tracking number! This is a number/bar code that is scanned 2 times, it provides proof of us dropping off to the USPS and a proof of delivery to the final destination.
How are your shipping rates calculated?

Do you combine shipping?
YES, the more you buy, the more you save.
To qualify for combined shipping you must pay for all items at the SAME time and indicate ALL item numbers with your payment or you will not be eligible for combined shipping. Since we ship 6 days a week all orders that are not paid for at the same time may not be shipped together, therefore will not qualify for combioned shipping.
Every product will have it's own combined shipping rate. Please refer to each listing at the bottom for details on combined shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Our return policy is available for those items that qualify within 30 days of purchase date. If an item does not qualify for a return/refund it will be clearly stated in the Item Description.
If an item is found to be damaged by shipping and not used, or is defective, or is significantly different from its item description an even exchange or a full refund including all postage costs will be given. This must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of item.
If the item is simply not what you expected/wanted, the wrong size or you wish to return it for any other reason the buyer (you) will be liable for all postage costs to and from and the item will be subjected to a 20% return fee. A vast majority of our products are custom made and are "Made to Order" thus are difficult to resell. Items being returned must be unused and in a resalable condition or only a partial refund for the resalable parts will be issued. Partial refund amounts are at the discretion of System Skins.
We recommend that all items that are to be returned to System Skins are sent by a recordable delivery method with a proof of delivery for we will not offer a refund or exchange and are not responsible for items that we do not receive.
